10-Minute Workout for Hostel Rooms

Yeh workout sirf 10 minute ka hai — bina kisi equipment ke. Bas thoda willpower chahiye.


Do 2 Rounds of this Workout:

  • 30 Jumping Jacks

  • 20 Bodyweight Squats

  • 15 Push-ups (ya wall push-ups)

  • 20 High Knees

  • 30-Second Plank

  • 10 Burpees

  • 1-Minute Cooldown March

Bas ek song bajao aur move karna shuru karo.


Tips:

  • Morning empty stomach karo

  • Stretching se start aur end karo

  • Daily karo toh 7 din me results feel hone lagenge
