๐Ÿฝ️ Full Day Indian Weight Loss Diet Plan:

๐ŸŒž Morning (7:00–8:00 AM):

  • 4 soaked almonds + 1 glass warm water

  • Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds in water

๐Ÿ› Breakfast (8:30–9:00 AM):

  • Option 1: 2 roti + dry sabzi

  • Option 2: Poha/Upma with veggies

  • Optional: Black tea or green tea (no sugar)

๐Ÿฅ— Lunch (1:00 PM):

  • 2 roti + sabzi + 1 katori dal + cucumber salad

  • Use less oil, ghee avoid karo

  • Avoid white rice; use brown rice once a week
